Why sell my property direct?

Agents charge bewtween 5% and 10% of the selling price in commission. You can therefore reduce the price accordingly to facilitate a quick sale as there are no agents fees to pay

Can I list my property with an Agent too?

You can list your property with as many agents as you wish in addition to your direct listing.

How quickly does my property appear on the website?

As soon as we receive your payment your property will appear live until sold.

How will I know the value of my property?

Research on the internet what similar properties are achieving in your development or specific area. You can also ask the Agent who originally sold you the property to value it for you. You may have already listed the property with an Agent in which case you will know the value.

No commission to pay

For a fixed fee we forward potential buyers direct to you. A one off fee of only €50 until sold.

What to do next

Your property description should include as much information about your property as possible – exact location, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, overall size of property in square metres, size of plot/garden/terrace, size of swimming pool, parking spaces or garage, whether the property comes furnished or unfurnished, community fees if an apartment, communal facilities available i.e swimming pool etc… proximity to airport/town/beach and any additional information about the local area, places of interest etc.. You should also include a valid email address where enquiries can be sent and a telephone contact number to be included in the listing.

Can I change my listing?

For any changes required after the initial listing a €20 charge will be incurred.

If a sale is agreed?

If you accept an offer for your property then you need to request the services of a solicitor to handle the sale going forward. For further information please view our section on buying costs.

Can I add more than four pictures?

Yes! Please contact us for further information.

When do I remove my listing?

Once you have agreed your sale simply let us know and we will remove your listing for you. Alternatively if you change your mind and no longer wish to sell or list with us, contact us and we will remove from our property listings immediately.
